Política de reembolso
You may return any product that presents a manufacturing defect. Taking into account the nature of the products purchased, you will have a period of 14 days from the date of receipt of the product to inform Edäi of your non-conformity with the product. If this period is exceeded, any damages will be accepted by the user.
The return of products that have manufacturing defects in them, will not involve any additional cost to the user.
To formalize the return, you must contact Edäi within 14 days, through hello@soyedai.com indicating the product or products to be returned, attaching a photograph, a detailed description of the defects found in them and the order confirmation that you received on the day the purchase was made on our website.
Once Edäi has received your communication, we will inform you within 3 - 5 working days whether or not the product can be returned. In the event that the product is returned, Edäi will inform you how to pick up or send the defective product to its offices/warehouses.
Each product to be returned must be unused and with all its labels, packaging and, if applicable, original documentation and accessories that came with it. If you fail to do so, Edäi reserves the right to refuse the return.
Once the product has been received and the defects have been established, Edäi will give you the option of replacing the product with another of identical characteristics, unless this option is objectively impossible or economically disproportionate for Edäi.
In the event that the item is out of stock, and it is not possible to proceed with the delivery of another product with identical characteristics, you may choose between dissolving the contract (i.e. refunding the amounts paid) or requesting the delivery of another model of the same cost compared to the one initially purchased that you voluntarily chose.
The delivery of the product with identical characteristics or the new model of your choice, as appropriate, will be made within 3 - 5 working days from the date on which Edäi confirms the replacement of the defective product or the delivery of the new model.
Replacement, delivery of a new model or termination of the contract will not entail any additional costs for you.
If you dissolve the contract, Edäi will refund you the full amount paid for the purchase of the defective product, except for shipping costs, within 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the date you decided to dissolve the contract. This refund will be made through the same means of payment that you used in the initial transaction.
B. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
If you are not satisfied with the products received in your order, you may, in accordance with the General Law for the defense of consumers and users, exercise your right to withdraw from the contract within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date you received them to return the entire order or, if you prefer, any of the products that make up the total order.
To formalize the return, you must contact Edäi by email hello@soyedai.com indicating the product or products to be returned, a detailed description of the reason for return and the order confirmation you received the day the purchase was made on our website. Upon receipt of such communication, Edäi will tell you how to proceed to exercise this right.
The costs for returning the order to Edäi (such as shipping costs through courier companies) will be assumed entirely by you, whether you return the entire order or you decide to return only some of the products of that order.
Edäi is not responsible for the courier company you hire for the return of the order. In this regard, Edäi recommends that you ask the courier company to provide you with proof of delivery once the courier has deposited the product at Edäi's offices or warehouses, so that you have proof that the product has been correctly delivered to Edäi.
The product must be unused and with all its labels, packaging and, if applicable, original documentation and accessories that came with it. If you fail to do so or if the product has been damaged in any way, you agree that the product may be subject to depreciation or that Edäi may refuse the return.
If you decide to return the order in full and all of the above is met, Edäi will refund you the full amount paid at the time of purchase except for the initial shipping costs to your address. If you only wish to return one or some of the products that are part of the order, Edäi will refund the amount paid for those returned products excluding the initial shipping costs to your address that you paid for the entire order.
Once Edäi receives the order and checks that it is in perfect condition, Edäi will refund the amounts paid within 14 (fourteen) calendar days of receipt of the order. This refund will be made through the same means of payment you used in the initial transaction.
Please note that you will not be able to exercise this right of withdrawal with respect to:
- Any product that has been manufactured in accordance with your specifications or has been clearly customized and made for you.
- Any sealed product consisting of underwear that has been unsealed after delivery and cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
However, if you wish to exchange a customized product, please do not hesitate to contact us and we will come to an agreement. The most important thing for us is that your experience at Edäi is positive before, during and after the purchase process.
